Single Malt Scotch WhiskyThis assemblage, brought together by Master Distiller Richard Paterson, is composed of some of the distillery’s most exceptional casks. The whisky is initially matured in American white oak ex- Bourbon barrels and then moved into vintage Graham’s Colheita Port pipes from 1961 and 1963. Five years in the rich Port pipes yields an indulgently savory dram. At last, the whiskies are brought together once more in first fill American oak Bourbon barrels, adding an unrivaled finish.
Flavors of nectarines, creamy caramel, roasted chestnuts, coffee. Finishes with rich plums, sultanas, blood oranges and macerated cherries.
