Amaro Camatti is a Genovese specialty, first made by Umberto Briganti in 1923 and named after his wife. Bitters were originally prepared by the local pharmacist and prescribed for their healing properties. After disappearing from the market for several decades, Stefano and Camilla acquired the rights to produce Amaro Camatti in 1994, remaining faithful to the original (and secret) recipe of Umberto.

Lots of dried fruit on the nose, with a hint of eucalyptus. The mint is there, but well-balanced with flavors of cola, gentian, and angelica.

Ingredients: Gentian, mint, bitter almond,
water, neutral grain alcohol, sugar
Alcohol Content: 20%

Amaro / Aperitivo
