IDs outside of NJ require backup ID
Anyone picking up a pre-paid online order must show valid ID.
We accept: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay
Return & Exchange Policy: Returns must be accompanied by a register receipt. Returns must be done within 10 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in re-sellable condition. Special orders (items the store does not carry, or large quantities of items obtained specifically for your purchase) are not eligible for return. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Exchanges are not subject to the restocking fee, provided that the exchange value is equal to or greater than the return value.
The information we gather automatically and with your permission during your
visit to our web site is used to monitor, review, measure, and analyze Web site
utilization in efforts to improve our web site and our services.
From time to time, we send out promotional e-mails. These e-mails are sent only
to people who request to be on this e-mail list and are never sent to anyone who
did not voluntarily subscribe to the e-mail list through an in-store signup process. The information gathered through the e-mail list signup is not used for any other purpose than sending promotional e-mails. Any person who has signed
up or this service and wishes to be removed from the program can delete themselves using information found in the promotional e-mails.
Text Message List
From time to time, we send out promotional text messages. These texts are sent only
to people who request to be on this list and are never sent to anyone who
did not voluntarily opt-in. The information gathered through the text list signup is not used for any other purpose than sending promotional texts. Any person who has signed
up or this service and wishes to be removed from the program can delete themselves using information found in the promotional texts.
In-store, we collect phone numbers to help identify customers and match them to their Club Card account. Signing up for the Club Card program does not add you to the Text Message List. By law, that list needs to be opted into separately.
The E-Mail List and the Text Message list need to be opted into separately. Being on one list does not mean that you are automatically on the other.
We do not, under any circumstances, share any personally identifiable
information about you with any other person, group, organization, or business
provide customized and personalized services to their web site's users. Our
Private, personal information is collected from you when you place an order.
This information collection is meant to protect us as the merchant and you as
the consumer from fraud. The information is gathered and kept securely online, and is used for these purposes only. Your order information is kept securely in case of problems that may arise at a later date regarding your order.
We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving
consumer data through our web site or e-mail. We have taken reasonable steps to
ensure the integrity and confidentiality of personally identifiable information
that you provide. We have appropriate security measures in place in our
physical store to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information
that we have collected from you on our web site.
