50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc
The Francisco family began producing wine in Bordeaux in 1870. Theirs is a traditionally made red from the Northern Medoc. Elegant aromas of blackcurrant, with licorice and toasty notes. Medium-bodied, with silky tannins. Excellent with roasted and grilled meats, and, of course, the traditional duck or lamb.
