Penelope’s Cooper Series showcases the art of cask finishing, where American whiskey meets extraordinary barrels sourced from every corner of the globe. Valencia is finished for 12 months in Vino de Naranja casks, a traditional white wine macerated with orange peel from southern Spain. The result is a bold yet balanced bourbon, where vibrant citrus character from Spain’s southern coast harmonizes with the rich complexity of our signature Four Grain Straight Bourbon.
